Amber Chase Posts First 'Code Name Raider Girl' in Crowdfunding Effort

SAN FRANCISCO—Amber Chase  has announced the release of the first episode of Code Name Raider Girl exclusively for her student debt crowdfunding campaign at piglt.com. Inspired by years of gaming as well as her recent training in martial arts, Chase cosplays as @TheRaiderGirl in an action adventure series set in the fictional nation-state of ASU.

Using paid performers Ella Nova, Patrick J Knight, JezeBelle and Perrish, Chase goes on location and gets in dangerous positions rock climbing, encountering both allies and villains in her quest.

“I earned a BS in Anthropology with a minor in History and a minor in Native Contemporary studies," Chase wrote on her crowdfunding page. "At the same time I double majored and earned a BA in Art History with a minor in Studio Arts while attending both Lower Columbia College and then Portland State University. And I completed my educational adventure at The Evergreen State College with a Masters in Public Administration.

"Although I freelance on important projects occasionally," she continued. "I love being a performer and dedicate most of my time to artistic projects like Raider Girl and engaging with my fans on Twitter. I trust you will find value in RaiderGirl and am publishing it for free. Please donate and help me pay down my mountain of student debt and enjoy the movie.”

Chase said later of her effort, "All the money donated to this campaign goes directly to Portland State University for PERKINS loan repayment and then becomes available for new students. You don’t have to worry about your donations being used for pretty shoes or shiny bobbles, because the transparency of piglt.com means you know exactly where the funds are being sent. They never touch my hands. One doesn’t have to break the bank to help support Amber’s Adventures, if each reader donated $2, the goal would be met before lunch. Enjoy this adventure with me and help me in return."
