MONTREAL—Live video chat software producer 2much.net twice has received two YNOT Awards nominations, including Software Company of the Year and Adult Innovator of the Year.
"I am happy and thankful to be nominated," said company owner and founder Mark Prince, adding that though the company has not scheduled to attend the show, Tim Henning from ASCAP And Mike from ActuallyHelping, "have graciously offered to accept the awards on our behalf if we should be lucky enough to win."
Prince credits the team he works with for the nomination as well as the 2010 award for Best Software Company from Xbiz. "Obviously, I couldn't do any of this without them," said Prince. "The entire 2Much staff—Jen Drummond, Mediaguy, Brookelynne, Dragon, DPT Vampire, Xev Delexx and Miel Little—have been responsible for the success and recognition of 2much.net, and are very excited."
Studio manager and social network media marketing specialist for 2much.net Brookelynne Briar added, "I think the one thing more exciting than interacting at tradeshows and meeting the people in this business, is actually being recognized, acknowledged as a quality contributor to the industry."
2much.net, which has been nominated yearly since it has ramped up its PR efforts and raised its public profile, also will be returning to the convention circuit.
"Although I'm the shy one of the 2much crew and everyone knows it," said Prince, "I crave the excitement and opportunities of tradeshows, where we get the chance to actually demonstrate our software to people and companies."
The 2012 YNOT Awards will be held Tuesday, September 25 at Club SaSaZu in Prague. More information about 2much.net can be found at here.
