OTTAWA, Canada—As businesses worldwide, including pleasure products manufacturers, learn to adjust their businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic, some are using technology to connect with their clients on a personal level.

WOW Tech—which oversees various brands, including Womanizers, We-Vibe and pjur—has scheduled a number of webinars ni the coming weeks.

“We hope you are doing well, keeping busy and staying safe during these unprecedented times,” company reps said in a letter to clients. “We understand many areas throughout North America have declared emergency closures of all non-essential stores, and social distancing measures are greatly affecting foot traffic in the stores that remain open. As COVID-19 (coronavirus) continues to impact our global community, WOW Tech is proud to offer support and guidance to our partners.”

The webinars serve as online training sessions for a variety of topics. The schedule is as follows, and links to RSVP are included.

Each session is capped at 25 participants. If a session is full, register for an alternative session or reach out to your account representative.

Sessions will run for approximately 1 hour. After sign up, participants will receive a confirmation email and a link to join the video call. The link can be forwarded to any staff members who would benefit from the training. As this is a video call, participants must have access to a laptop, tablet or smartphone.
