The alcohol-free version of this product contains benzalkonium chloride, which is known to kill 99.9 percent of germs.
M.D. Science Lab Premium OTC Hand Sanitizer With Tea Tree Oil & Aloe is available in an alcohol-free 12-ounce spray, and a 3-ounce travel squeeze bottle that contains 70 percent alcohol.
