TOKYO — Tenga Co., Ltd., as of October 2016, has shipped more than 50 million Tenga products worldwide.
Since the company's launch in 2005, each year has seen a steady increase in the number of Tenga brand items shipped. In its first year, it shipped 1 million units. By 2013, that number had grown to 30 million.
For context, if 50,000,000 Original Vacuum CUPs were laid end to end, it would stretch 7,750km. That’s almost the same as a round-trip of Route 66 (7,890km), the distance from Tokyo to Helsinki (7,813km), or 2,905 Mt. Fujis stacked one on top of the other.
