LOS ANGELES—The former American Apparel building at the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Alvarado Street in Los Angeles will see new life when it becomes the new location for Stockroom.
The new spot is up the street from the former Stockroom location, and is three times the size of the former retail outlet.
To fill the space, Stockroom will bring in more latex and leather from notable brands, such as Vex Latex Clothing, Dark Garden Corsetry & Couture, Clare Bare Eco-Friendly Lingerie and more.
The current Stockroom store—located at 2809 1/2 W. Sunset Blvd.—will close after business Wednesday, June 7. The famed retailer has yet to announce its first day at the new location, 2121 W. Sunset Blvd.
“Now's the time to stop by and help us say goodbye to this store that we've loved so much over the years,” Stockroom officials said in a website post. “On a final note, we'd like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your continued support over the years. We appreciate you all.”
