Shameless Sex Highlights Anal August in New Podcast Campaign

LOS ANGELES—‘Shameless Sex’ hosts Amy Baldwin and April Lampert are hosting a brand-new campaign on Instagram during Anal August.

“The intention of this challenge is to inspire folks to learn about all of the pleasure that this universal orifice has to offer—and potentially win some awesome prizes as well!” said Baldwin of the Anal August campaign. “After all, everyone has an ass, and many people love (or are interested in) playing with them … yet there is still stigma around anal play, and a lot of folks are still uneducated on how to do so safely and with the most potential for pleasure.”

The three-week challenge, geared toward anal awareness and encouraging a positive discussion about healthy and responsible ass play, is also offering entrants (18 and over) one chance every week to win a special raffle prize: an anal toy kit from Fun Factory USA, a bottle of Uberlube and full access to a ‘Shameless Sex’ Wild Woman Sex online workshop.

To participate in Anal August with Shameless Sex, listen to the duo’s Tuesday, Aug. 6, podcast episode on Anal Play at ShamelessSex.com/podcast (also available onApple Podcasts), and follow their instructions.

Each of the three weeks offers a different challenge and chance to win the raffle prize.

• Week 1 is ‘Play with Your Own Booty’

• Week 2 is ‘Play with Someone Else’s Booty’

• Week 3 is ‘Play with a Prostate – Yours or Someone Else’s’

Simply DM or email an anonymous photo—no nudity or graphic visual depictions, please—to the Shameless Sex team, holding a sign (white paper, black Sharpie and bold lettering) detailing the experience in 10 words or less by Aug. 11.

The weekly real-talk podcast on sex and relationships has successfully launched several Instagram ‘shame-busting’ campaigns this year with a focus on deeply personal sexual interests and activities in an effort to de-stigmatize safe, consensual erotic behavior.

“We’ve had great moments and breakthroughs with our listeners, and that’s why we continue to host these challenges,” said Baldwin. “There’s nothing wrong with these desires, and ‘Shameless Sex’ is about inspiring dialogue, education and a little guidance along the way.”
