While many sex positions can be enhanced physically through yoga, Rose noted that energy and gratitude are key in an intimate connection. “Try seeing your partner as a transparent vessel of all the universal energy you have just poured into them and take time to honor them as the vessel of the whole Universe,” she said. “Your partner has made themselves vulnerable to your attitude and disposition, remember to honor them and appreciate the sacrifice of the ego they are making by being there with you.
