LONDON—Two members of the Rocks-Off family are braving the shave in support of Macmillian Cancer Support.
Director Ian Marshall and Connor Martin, IT apprentice, are raising money for Macmillian Cancer Support by taking pledges in exchange for shaving their locks.
Known for his luscious locks, Ian has set a few monetary targets before he shaves his hair off completely:
£100: A trim
£200: Number 4
£300: Number 3
£400: Number 2
£500: Number 1
£600 and more: Full Shave
With a target of £600, both Ian and Connor will Brave the Shave in aid of Macmillian at the end of August.
“We know cancer doesn’t just affect the body; it affects their whole life and the lives of people around them,” a company rep said. “The money Ian and Connor raise will mean that Macmillian can be there for even more people now and in the future.”
