CLEARWATER, Fla.—StorErotica Magazine announced the pre-nomination website has gone live for the 11th Annual StorErotica Awards.
StorEroticaAwards.com will be live through May 19.
Once the pre-nomination process closes, StorErotica's editorial staff will compile the votes along with independent polling that will be conducted personally with retailers, distributors and manufacturers.
The final ballot for the SE Awards will launch in June. Votes will be accepted only at StorEroticaAwards.com.
For over a decade, the StorErotica Awards have revered those in both the brick-and-mortar storefront, distributing and manufacturing levels.
The 20 returning categories honored this year are mainstays Pleasure Product Company of the Year, Distributor of the Year, Fetish Company of the Year, Boutique Brand of the Year, Lubricant Company of the Year, New Product of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Sexual Enhancement Company of the Year, Foreign Manufacturer of the Year, Male Pleasure Product of the Year, Body Care Line of the Year and two Retailer of the Year Awards (for independent and chain locations). Other award categories added last year are Luxury Line of the Year; LGBT Company of the Year, Adult Game/Gag Gift of the Year, BDSM Product of the Year and Retailer Favorite of the Year.
Weaving through the SE Awards this year will be two very special awards. The first will honor the legacy of Eldorado's Founder and industry luminary, Larry Garland, who passed away in January—The Larry Garland Excellence in Leadership Award—as well as the burgeoning sex toy blogging sector with SE's Consumer Choice Award. The latter will be presented on behalf of SE's B2C editorial partner, Kinkly.com.
