Nalpac EDU Adds New Training Tools for Retailers

FERNDALE, Mich.Adult products distributor, Nalpac, announced that the new series, "What Brought You in Today?" has been added to its educational platform Nalpac EDU.

The first segment was co-hosted by Kristen Denton of Doc Johnson and sex educator Bahar Bahloo. The most recent episodes feature Zoë Ligon and COTR brand ambassador Tracy Felder sharing tips on selling merchandise and assisting retail customers in getting the most out of COTR products. The episodes feature COTR products, Le Wand, B-Vibe, and The Cowgirl.

Said Nalpac director of marketing and strategic partnership Phoebe Grott, "Nalpac EDU was born from the requests for more accessible training materials that take into consideration the evolving needs of retailers. The educational platforms for our industry that require an employee to take a series of courses and tests to be 'certified' have been a popular resource but can fall short of the present-day realities of high staff turnover and availability of open-source materials online."

Nalpac EDU's series, "What Brought You in Today?," is a unique learning resource that pairs brand representatives with sex educators to answer common questions retailers receive on the sales floor, available to view anytime on Nalpac's Vimeo channel.

Said COTR brand ambassador Felder, "When Nalpac offered us (COTR Inc) the opportunity to combine education forces with Zoe and Spectrum Boutique, I knew that some magic was going to happen. I love that we got to dump tons of resources to the retailers in a comprehensive video. We're bringing the QVC experience to you like no other!"

In addition to this series, Nalpac EDU will also host videos showcasing new releases and interviews with leading industry experts on specialty topics that will be available through Nalpac channels, as well as a new blog featured on Storerotica.com.

Said Spectrum Boutique founder and CEO Ligon, "I always love getting to hang out with Tracy! With all the amazing products COTR has to offer, these toys practically sell themselves, but we wanted to make it even more fun and easy."
