ORLANDO—East Coast News and International Video Distributors are hailing the 2018 IVD|ECN Fall Show as a total success.
The event, which took place Sept. 14-17 at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Orlando, gathered more than 60 of the industry’s top manufacturers and studios and more than 200 retailers and buyers. The event featured a variety of networking opportunities, product launches, informational seminars and workshops, along with exciting entertainment, dining and more.
“The feedback was overwhelmingly positive. I heard from countless vendor partners and customers on how successful and entertaining the show was. IVD|ECN Shows are the place to network in the adult industry,” said Lynda Mort, vice president of East Coast News. “It was a weekend full of positivity, excitement, partnership and at the heart of it all, business. We want to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for coming out and spending the weekend with us.”
The event featured the innovative Motorbunny ride-on-top vibrator with wireless remote control, and the acclaimed Zumio, the only clitoral stimulator based upon proven fingertip motion, all of which are now distributed exclusively by ECN.
Items shown at the Fall Show for the first time included Pave, a new collection of massagers by Jopen, along with Pillow Talk, the new and powerful G-spot massager from BMS Factory, the Mimic + ergonomically-designed rechargeable vibrator from Clandestine Devices, four new and exclusive designs for ECN based of Calexotic’s best-selling Butterly Kiss Vibrator and more. Brands making their debut at the show were Intimate Earth, Hemp Bombs and pjur.
“The ECN Fall Show is always an exciting experience to prepare for and this year it delivered and surpassed expectations,” said Byron Love of Guilty Pleasures. “And of course it wouldn’t be possible without the fantastic and supportive ECN staff!”
“The show was a hit from start to finish,” said Tom Kelly of ID Lubes, “having the opportunity to connect with many of ECN’s great customers in one location with open discussions about their needs and opportunities made for a superlative show.”
