Romantic Depot to Educate Columbia Students At Campus Event

New York City-based adult pleasure products retailer Romantic Depot will be joining the Beta Chapter of Latinas Promoviendo Comunidad/Lambda Pi Chi Sorority, Inc. and Latinos Siempres Unidos/Lambda Sigma Upsilon Fraternity, Inc. for a “Have Fun, But Keep it Clean!” event on Wednesday, April 17. The event will take place at Columbia University, in Diana Hall Room 504.

At that time, the participants will be discussing STD, STI, and HIV awareness specifically in Black and Brown communities, while having a focus on sexual empowerment. Romantic Depot will also be giving out free contraceptives from House of Iris and free food from Tropical Sensation at this event. Also, since this event is sponsored by The Romantic Depot, company representatives be giving out pamphlets and 25% student discount cards. Among the event's messages: Safe sex is not boring sex and pleasing yourself sexually is not wrong either!

The company will provide free pamphlets on preventing violence against women and have a workshop on this topic as well as talks on health and wellness products for all students attending. Romantic Depot will also discuss safe sex practices including how to use a condom correctly.
