HAMBURG, Germany—The Hamburg Regional Court issued a ruling prohibiting a press release from Novoluto GmbH (Womanizer)/Orion Versant GmbH from being released.
The April 4 order notes the judgment of the District Court of Duesseldorf from Dec. 14, 2017, refers to an older model of the Satisfyer Pro 2. Therefore, any press releases about the case must make it clear the judgment is not against the newer patents and the successor model the Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation.
The resolution is not yet final and objections can be filed against it.
