PARIS, France—French intimate cosmetics brand Exsens has a history of supporting sexual rights causes, and the company has announced that it is partnering with New York City’s Museum of Sex to provide giveaways for the 2019 NYC Pride March, taking place on June 30, the culmination of World Pride NYC. Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots and global LGBTQIA+ Pride, the march will bring a projected 4 million people to the parade route in Manhattan.
Once again, Exsens will pass out samples of their gourmet warming massage oils to thousands of rainbow-covered pride participants all along the parade route.
“We couldn’t be happier to be represented at World Pride again this year! This parade isn’t just about equal rights or remembrance. It’s also an important way to show young people that they have community and acceptance in the world, even if they’re not finding that at home. It’s a message to all that love is never wrong!” said Rebecca Pinette-Dorin, Exsens' North American Brand Manager. “Of course, it’s also a big sexy party, and we hope that everyone will put our delicious condom-friendly warming massage oils to use ASAP!”
NYC Pride is the largest Pride celebration in the world, drawing spectators and marchers alike from every continent. Since the Stonewall Riots took place in 1969, NYC has been on the forefront of the fight for gay rights, and though the last parades have been more of a celebration of gay life than a protest, it is important to remember that homophobia and discrimination are still major problems for those who identify as LGBTQ, all over the globe.
