EUGENE, OR — Body-safe, gender-inclusive, sexual health boutique As You Like It: The Pleasure Shop, is turning three and wants customers to join the party! On Wednesday, January 17 from 11am–8pm there will be treats and free samples to celebrate the occasion.
Owner Kim Marks' vision is to promote sexual wellness and carry products that are fun and body-safe, including personal lubricants, massage oils, and locally-made organic products.
In addition to an emphasis on sexual wellness, safety, and fun, during the past three years As You Like It has also launched our own product line, As You Like It Organics, and founded the Eugene Intimate Health Center as a sexual education resource for the community.
Since opening, As You Like It and the Eugene Intimate Health Center have hosted over 50 educational workshops, including “Intimacy after 50,” “Naughty is Nice: An Introduction to Sensation Play,” “Great Sex for Moms,” and others.
Aside from in-store workshops, the company's certified sex educators serve the greater community by speaking at events and to groups, including student groups at the University of Oregon and Lane Community College, AARP’s Vital Aging Conference, the Rotary Club, Planned Parenthood, and more.
During the January 17 soiree, hourly drawings will take place from 4pm–8pm for prizes from We Vibe, Sola, and Good Clean Love.
