PHOENIX—As part of its ongoing effort to supporting charitable organizations across the country, boutique pleasure product distributor Entrenue has donated $1,000 on behalf of the winner of its most recent raffle. Kraig McGee, owner of seven Adam & Eve stores in the Northwest, chose to support the Brian Olson Memorial Classic, a local golf tournament that raises money, funds, and awareness of colon cancer—the third most commonly diagnosed cancer among adults.
“The Brian Olson Memorial Classic is an annual event that has successfully raised funds to support organizations like the St. Luke's Mountain State Tumor Institute, which works to fight all cancers, but we and the Tournament have a personal connection to colon cancer,” McGee said. “We knew and admired Brian and recently a dear friend in the Adam & Eve family was diagnosed with the disease, so donating these funds to this event was particularly important to us. We love to support our friends and love the fact that Entrenue has offered this opportunity to donate to this cause.”
Entrenue established its semi-annual raffle several years ago to further promote its dedication to community support and service, inviting customers to enter for the chance to select a special charity to receive a $1,000 donation. Since the raffle’s debut, Entrenue has donated thousands on behalf of its faithful customers.
“Our loyal customers are personally connected to an amazing array of organizations dedicated to bettering the lives of people and children in need, and it’s been such a pleasure to share the charity raffle experience with them,” Entrenue President Joe Casella said. “The team and I are inspired by the stories and motivations behind each winner’s choice and it’s an honor to collaborate to make a positive effect on our community. Kraig’s donation falls near and dear to his and the Adam & Eve family’s heart and it was an honor to take part in something so personal for such a valued and respected customer.”
