BROOMFIELD, Colo.—Eldorado is changing things up in 2017 and has rolled out a new customer communications strategy, Eldorado Edge.
The company’s goal is to create more effective communications with thoughtful content to re-engage its customer base, so it created Eldorado Edge, a monthly newsletter.
Eldorado Edge was launched in April, and customers can check out the April, May and June newsletters. Each newsletter will be sent on the third Tuesday of every month and will contain articles on topics including industry news/trends, seasonal merchandising tips, business best practices and employee spotlights.
The adult distributor also is including a survey in each issue to better understand customers’ wants and needs and how to best serve them. This new monthly customized content is a great value-added service Eldorado customers will receive.
In addition, subscribers will receive one weekly newsletter (new format coming soon) that will remain focused on premier products, new items and special offers.
