ECN Gifts XTC Adult Supercenter Items for Pride Celebration

LOS ANGELES—East Coast News recently donated a variety of adult novelty items and other products to XTC Adult Supercenter in support of its Pride event.

The event took place June 23-24 at XTC Adult Supercenter, located at 4800 34th St S, St. Petersburg, FL 33711.

“We’re thrilled to support XTC’s CEO Gary Wheeler, who is tireless in his efforts in support of the LGBTQ community in the St. Petersburg area,” said Lynda Mort, vice president of sales and marketing. “Being able to offer our retailers support at a consumer level is one of the fringe benefits of being a large distributor. We have the resources and we understand many of the challenges our brick and mortar clients face.”

The weekend Pride event caps a month-long celebration locally, where Wheeler has hosted past celebrations to honor Pride month. The veteran businessman is known for donating adult products and gay-friendly items during Pride month to the nearby Flamingo Resort, made popular by the gay, lesbian and LGBTQ community. Wheeler himself hands out bags of products to visitors as they check in at the resort, making him a popular fixture with visitors and locals alike.

Today, Wheeler is joined by ECN, which is donating products in support of his efforts and Pride month in general, which honors the struggle for equality and dignity by members of the LGBTQ community.

“I am grateful to ECN for supporting our Pride event and our efforts on behalf of LGBTQ individuals here and everywhere,” Wheeler said. “We had an amazing time celebrating Pride all weekend long at XTC Adult Supercenter!”

The event featured music, food, refreshments as well as games, contests and a special presentation on the importance and meaning of Pride month. Other activities included giveaways as well as product demonstrations and more. Among the items donated were sex toys, vibrators, novelty items, games and other products from such manufacturers as Topco, Doc Johnson, CalExotics, Pipedream, Screaming O, Nu Sensuelle, Wicked, WET and others.
