BIELEFELD, Germany—Discussions in Europe and the U.S. between Satisfyer and Womanizer for a cross-license patent have broken down, officials from German brand Satisfyer said.
Representatives were reportedly discussing an agreement which would allow each company to use each other’s license freely.
“In the end, the main point of issue was in regards to the five years or longer term,” said Jasmin Wagner, press spokeswoman for Satisfyer.
It was not immediately clear if reps from the companies would try to resume talks in the future.
