Like the rest of Gaia, the Eco Rechargeable Bullet is made from body-safe Biofeel Bioplastic and is free of fragrances, phthalates, paraffins and latex.
Biofeel, discovered by Blush's husband-and-wife owners Eric Lee and Verna Meng, is a non-petroleum plant-based material that requires less energy and gives off fewer toxic greenhouse gasses during production than standard plastic products. And unlike regular plastics, Biofeel breaks down in the recycling process.
