NEW YORK—Anderson Copper, host of the CNN show Anderson Cooper 360°, recently shared a personal story about his mom shopping at the famed Pleasure Chest adult boutique.
On the Feb. 20 episode of the morning talk show Live with Kelly, guest host Cooper chatted with host Kelly Ripa, and the conversation quickly turned to Anderson’s mother, legendary writer/designer/socialite Gloria Vanderbilt.
Anderson shared an anecdote of his 93-year-old mother taking her relative shopping at the Pleasure Chest West Village location. She even ran into tourists from the Sex and the City bus tour.
