Ponce’s experience working directly with distributors and retailers has helped her maintain strong industry relationships across multiple continents, which, coupled with her resourceful manner, already have become valuable assets to the team.

Ponce is responsible for promoting and expanding XR Brands’ presence within Australia and Latin America and grow the company’s account base wherever opportunities develop. And with vast trade show and product training experience, Ponce is an essential support to the tight-knit sales staff as the company’s must-have product lines continue to make waves around the world.
Ponce joined the adult industry as a sales representative more than six years ago and has had the privilege of working with multiple talented individuals who have bestowed indispensable knowledge and experience. Her rapport with key account personnel, as well as general staff members throughout the industry, has garnered her reputation for reliability and follow-through with a friendly face.
