BOULDER, Colo.—Intimate lubricant manufacturer Trust Products, LLC has rebranded its flagship product, Trust: The Ultimate Massage Oil, and now offers the lubricant in a 3.3-ounce bottle as well as the original 10-ounce bottle.
"We introduced the smaller bottle primarily for two reasons: 1) we have a significant amount of repeat purchasers, and 2) first time purchasers prefer the smaller bottle (3.3 oz) as an initial investment," said Trust Products co-founder and CEO Daniel Ray. "We also changed the tagline on the new 3.3-ounce bottle to 'The Ultimate Massage Oil' to accurately reflect Trust as an incredibly pure massage oil. Couples using Trust as a massage oil can easily transition and use Trust for intimate activity whenever they desire."
Presented in dark blue glass bottles, Trust is made from a proprietary blend of food-grade grapeseed, avocado, and apricot kernel oils. The resulting oil is 100% natural, kosher, vegan, and hypoallergenic; it is void of parabens, glycerine, DEA, or other petro-chemicals. Not only is Trust not tested on animals, the company maintains a rigid policy of only using ingredient suppliers who also do no animal testing.
Because the massage oil contains no water, it is deeply moisturizing for an extended period of time, yet leaves no stickiness or greasy mess, and is absorbed into the skin easily. Trust has a silky feel and great glide validated by massage therapists, sex educators, and more. Trust contributes skin health in the following ways:
· Grapeseed oil is rich in linoleic acid, an essential fatty acid quite important for skin and cell membranes. It is purported to have regenerative, restructuring, and moisturizing properties. It contains vitamins, minerals, and protein, GLA, including a small amount of vitamin E.
· Apricot Kernel oil is particularly rich in both oleic acid and linoleic acid. It has been purported to provide moisturizing, nourishing, and revitalizing properties, particularly for dehydrated, delicate, mature, and sensitive skin. It may also help soothe inflammation.
· Avocado oil is purported to have a higher degree of penetration into the epidermis than most carrier oils, providing a moisturizing and softening effect on skin. It is often used on dry or mature skin, and people suffering from eczema, psoriasis, or similar skin complaints. It is also used to treat sun or climate damaged skin, which is dehydrated and under-nourished, and help with the regeneration of skin and softening of tissue.
Trust may also be used as a personal lubricant for masturbation and sexual intercourse; however, it is not recommended for use with latex condoms. Trust is an ideal product for partners who are fluid-bonded, and engage in safe, tested, consensual intimacy. Trust does not contain contraceptive properties.
"The word 'trust' is defined as a 'firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something.' Given that definition, a healthy relationship requires trust between partners. In a massage oil or lubricant, you must trust the ingredients you are placing on and in your body," Ray said. "With this in mind, we feel Trust is an appropriate name for our product. Trust contains the highest quality ingredients, so you can firmly trust in our product whenever you use it. We hope Trust will be used to help couples develop deeper feelings of trust and intimacy in their relationships."
