FERNDALE, Mich.—After an absence of 18 months, much of it with a noted pleasure product manufacturer, Tracy Tinsley has returned to Nalpac Ltd. in an expanded role designed to help retailers.
In the new Nalpac business development position, Tinsley will offer customer relationship management and event coordination. She will organize retailer training with manufacturers, and help stores improve their merchandising techniques. Although Tinsley will work in conjunction with the Nalpac sales department, she will not service her own accounts.
Tinsley said she is delighted to return to the adult novelty distributor. "I have always enjoyed working as a brand ambassador, especially in the area of sexual wellness. With its wide range of products, Nalpac gives me the opportunity to assisting retailers in helping the largest number of people."
Nalpac Sales Manager Thomas Rafferty said that Tinsley will spend much of her time traveling to brick-and-mortar locations to see their businesses first-hand.
