LOS ANGELES – Playboy TV will premiere its new reality series "Search for the Perfect Girlfriend" Friday, Feb. 27 at 9pm.
Hosted by comedian Rick Kunkler (NBC’s "Last Comic Standing"), "Search for the Perfect Girlfriend" features real-life couples. Show producers received hundreds of submissions from viewers seeking the Perfect Girlfriend title - many from men touting their mates, and some from the women themselves.
"Do these guys really have the hottest piece of you-know-what around?" Playboy TV asks. "Our cameras will put them to the test to find out!"
According to a company press release, market research has shown that Playboy TV programming enhances couples' sex lives.
"In talking with couples, Playboy TV learned that people are most interested in shows that explore new ways to satisfy their partners," said Caroline Gallrein, director of research for Playboy TV. "Viewers tell us watching these series with their partners heightens their sexual compatibility."
