Nalpac CEO Ralph Caplan Inducted into AVN Hall of Fame

FERNDALE, Mich.—Nalpac Founder and CEO Ralph Caplan will be inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame-Pleasure Products Branch as part of the class of 2016.

The AVN Hall of Fame is a salute to a handpicked group of individuals who have made their mark in the adult industry. Inductees are honored within various branches, including Pleasure Products, Founders and Executive.

Ralph Caplan will represent the Pleasure Products branch of inductees, along with Fantasia founder Rina Valan and Fleshlight founder Steve Shubin.

“I’ve been very lucky my whole life,” Nalpac CEO Ralph Caplan told AVN in an interview regarding the nomination. “I’ve been lucky to be in such a good business with such good people. The best part of this industry is the people. I’ve made a lot of good friends through the years.”

 Members of the adult industry are invited to attend a celebratory cocktail party the night before the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo on Jan. 19 at the Circle Bar to salute Ralph Caplan along with the rest of the Class of 2016.

 Dubbed the “Oscars of porn” by Entertainment Weekly, the AVN Awards feature some of the hottest stars from adult and mainstream pop culture, gathering to celebrate the industry’s best talent. The awards show, hosted by Joanna Angel and Anikka Albrite, will take place on Jan. 23 at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas.

Ralph Caplan established Nalpac in 1971, where he has gained 45 years of experience working with and providing excellent customer service to adult novelty retailers all over the United States.
