LOS ANGELES—Wicked Pictures contract performer Jessica Drake will give an intimate look at her life and journey as a multi-award-winning contract superstar turned sex educator when she hosts “”SeXXX Ed,” a workshop on Jan. 16. The event is scheduled 2-4 p.m. at Stockroom University (2811 W. Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles).
"My workshops are never the same, and I think being at The Stockroom locally will be a very unique event,” drake said. “I'll be discussing my personal journey in the ever-changing, often controversial adult industry, porn's impact on budding sexuality, how to better navigate what you seen onscreen and more. Following our discussion will be an explicit Q & A where attendees are encouraged to ask me anything!"
The acclaimed creator, director, producer and host of the best-selling, award-winning series Jessica Drake’s Guide to Wicked Sex, has been taking her message of sexual wellness and healthy intimacy around the country through her popular sex education workshops and personal appearances.
“I recently had the opportunity to meet and teach alongside Miss Drake at Orange Coast College,” said Hudsy Hawn, who manages The Stockroom's educational events as their Head Mistress. “I was instantly blown away by her informative, intelligent, and witty approach to questions about the adult entertainment industry. Jessica's down-to-earth and respectful approach to sex education raises the bar and of course inspired me to book her the first chance I got here at Stockroom University.”
During the event, Drake will share her keen insight, knowledge and expertise for better sex through a unique and comprehensive presentation that walks the audience through a variety of topics. She will lead guests in a frank discussion about real life sexual situations ranging from erotic techniques and role-playing to product recommendations and personal health.
“I love porn. It can be very useful—it’s a great masturbatory tool, it can spice up a relationship, but it isn't sex ed," Drake said. “The problems begin when viewers who lack sexual experience are unable to navigate what they see onscreen—the ‘fantasy’—versus how that might relate to their own personal sex.”
