Last June, Fleshlight parent company Interactive Life Forms filed suit against 24 prominent sex toy manufacturers and distributors alleging illegal use of patents and trademarks surrounding Fleshlight’s male masturbators.
Last week, Interactive Life Forms last week issued a release about its settlement agreement with California Exotic Novelties on its patent infringement claims. ILF followed up on that release with a list of other companies with which it has settled.
Fleshlight has reached settlement with the following companies: Direct Advatage Values Enterprise Inc., Nanma Manufacturing Co., Shenzhen Shaki Industrial Co., Pipedream Products Inc., Topco Sales, Convergence Inc., Eldorado Trading Co., Gigglesworld Corp (adultwholesaledirect.com), Honey’s Place Inc., Entrenue, Nalpac Ltd., Universal Distributor, Williams Trading Co., Holiday Products, Sawhorse Enterprises Inc. (Mypleasure), LFP Inc. (Hustler), PHE Inc. (Adam & Eve), Barnaby Ltd, LLC (Goodvibes) and Web Merchants Inc. (Edenfantasys).
