BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.—Hustler Hollywood’s Porn Walk of Fame—the cement handprints of some of the biggest names in adult entertainment—will not fall victim to development, but instead will be moved to a new location.
The cement memorials—located outside the adult boutique on Sunset Boulevard—will be relocated to the retail chain’s newest location on Hollywood Boulevard, near Hollywood and Highland and the famed Hollywood and Vine intersection. The new outlet opens today and a grand opening ceremony, as reported by AVN, is scheduled for April 9.
The original store, which was often referred to as the “Planet Hollywood of Porn” thanks to the rotating Hustler globe near the entrance that resembles the former restaurant logo, will be torn down to make way an ultra-private (read “uppity”) arts club The property was purchased last year by actress Gwyneth Paltrow.
The Hustler Hollywood Porn Walk of Fame features the handprints of Ron Jeremy, Jenna Jameson and even Hustler founder Larry Flynt himself.
