Taking place at The Joint in Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas on Thursday, Jan. 22, the "O" Awards recognize the best of the best in the pleasure products industry, including design, innovation, and marketing.

The tongue-in-cheek job listing also offered a “lifetime supply of tissues to the lucky candidate.”
