MIAMI—Brittani Feinberg and her health and wellness company HiPleasures know the importance of sex education, and that is why they support AIDS/Lifecycle. The goal of the ride is to raise awareness about knowledge about HIV/AIDS among participants, donors and general public, along with finding a cure for HIV and AIDS.
Feinberg’s friend, Nastassia Bauta, is doing the life-changing and challenging ride this summer, which takes place over seven days (June 1-7), and goes from San Francisco to Los Angeles, which is more than 500 miles. Bauta needs to at least reach her goal of $3,000 to be in the ride, but ultimately needs $5,000 to cover, food lodging and other incidentals of the ride. She has also been heroically training for a year to triumphantly participate in and finish the huge trek.
“Not only are we promoting the ride and Natassia on our site, but we gave her a generous donation,” said CEO Brittani Feinberg. “Her training and fundraising efforts are nothing short of amazing, and she’s close to reaching her initial goal of $3,000. We want people to not only donate, but also to understand that HIV/AIDS is not a gay or junkie disease—it’s an infection that does not discriminate. So please don’t just donate, but pay it forward, and spread the word to everyone you know.”
All donations are tax deductible. Companies who donate are asked to match or double any contributions made by their employees.
