LOS ANGELES – Tera Patrick will be at Erotica LA this weekend, signing autographs and promoting her best-selling toy, the Tera Patrick Fleshlight, at the Fleshlight booth at 7 p.m. Saturday, June 13.
After her time on the floor, Patrick will be on hand for the 2009 F.A.M.E. Awards.
Patrick was born in Great Falls, Mont., to an American Army doctor father of English and Dutch descent and a Thai mother. She moved around quite a bit as a child both in the U.S. and overseas, gaining a valuable, early understanding of different peoples and cultures. At the tender age of 13, she was discovered by a Japanese photographer on Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco and immediately enrolled in the venerable Barbizon Modeling School. Soon after, Patrick signed with Morning Sun modeling agency and became an overnight success in both print and runway, spending most of her teen years as a working model in Japan, Europe, and New York.
At one point, she found herself at an open audition for Playboy and was selected from among a thousand ambitious and gorgeous ladies for both the magazine and Playboy TV. In the blink of an eye, Tera Patrick was gracing the covers of every important men’s publications, including Hustler, Club, Swank, Velvet, High Society, and Cheri. She remains the only woman to ever grace the covers of Playboy and Penthouse simultaneously and she still holds the laudable position of publisher of Genesis magazine. And to this day, she is the only erotic performer to appear on the cover of the domestic FHM. She also appeared on the cover of FHM U.K., where she served as the magazine’s sexpert for four years.
In her almost 10 years in the entertainment business, Patrick has been featured in more than 100 adult films and has appeared on more magazine covers than any other adult star in history. Since winning the coveted "Best New Starlet" award for her first film, Tera has gone on to win every major award in the medium and she continues to set records on the adult charts.
