CHATSWORTH, Calif.—Devil’s Film returned from a successful eroFame trip with a renewed commitment and some shiny new hardware, bringing home the award for Best DVD Company Overseas following the studio’s first European tradeshow.
The award was presented to the hardcore production studio on the first day of the trade-only event, where the company impressed foreign attendees, secured new deals, and expanded their global distribution network. For Vice President of Production Steve Volponi, the company’s first trip to Hannover was an instant hit.
“eroFame 2013 was a huge success for us! This was our first time attending the show, and it gave us a chance to show foreign distributors and shop owners the wide array of genres and merchandising solutions we offer. Our unique marketing approach puts us on a whole different level of what they are used to seeing,” said Volponi.
The three-day trade convention, which is Europe's largest international B2B trade show, took place from Oct. 9-11 at Expo City Hannover, Germany. The Devil’s booth featured wall-to-wall graphics and attracted plenty of potential buyers, who were eager to see their comprehensive selection of New Releases, value-packs, and exclusive Devil’s bestsellers.
“Variety is the spice of life, and we have all the angles covered,” said Volponi. “We set out to open up Europe to our unique content and we love the new relationships we made there. It’s going be a Giant Year overseas!”
