Coquette Heads To Vegas For International Lingerie Show

CAMBRIDGE, Ontario, Canada—The International Lingerie Show (ILS) in Las Vegas kicks off a three-day run today, and the Coquette booth is ready to go. The sales team will be in attendance to meet with buyers and retailers to answer questions and offer a chance to purchase items from the 2012 collections.

ILS is one of the largest lingerie shows in the United States occurring biannually in March and September. This show caters to designers and is free for qualified buyers to attend. Showcasing over three days are the major lingerie distributors in the industry along with swimwear, dancewear, club wear, shoes, hosiery and adult novelty items.

“This show is a major outlet that provides us access to meet and greet with many of our retailers,” said Marcus Horea, vice president of sales and marketing. “We use this tradeshow as a platform to showcase our newest collections, hand out our catalogues and enhance our relationships with our customers. We feel that this face-to-face experience offers a valuable service to our buyers.” 

The Coquette team will be offering a sneak peak of the 2012 Main Collection next week exclusively to those buyers in attendance. The creative team and designers have worked together to take this collection to the next level with a new image and vision behind it.

Shooting back in June, the team worked on location to create a rich, European elegance for the overall look of the photos. The scene and lighting exude an air of old sophistication that the designers were initially inspired by when designing the 2012 collection.

In addition to showing the new collection, Coquette will be offering significant specials on selected lingerie and costumes for buyers.
