CHINO, Calif.—California Exotic Novelties, the world’s largest and most respected pleasure product manufacturer, wows the attendees of the January ANME Show 2013, which took place at the Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport, January 7-9. Fans flocked to see Nick Hawk, star of Showtime’s hit show Gigolos, as he unveiled his collection. New products and the latest in Visual Merchandising technology also created huge show buzz.
Susan Colvin, president and CEO of California Exotic Novelties, said, “Our booth was buzzing in more ways than one during this year’s January ANME Show. Nick Hawk was fabulous as he posed for pictures, signed autographs, and toasted to his exciting new line. It’s a great way to start 2013 and we look forward to celebrating all year long with our valued customers.”

The Nick Hawk Gigolo Collection free floor display made a bold impression at the show. It holds all 22 items in the line and includes an attached Nick Hawk replica standee. Additionally, to launch the line, CalExotics is hosting the Win a Dream Date with Nick Hawk contest and will invite consumers to register to win a Vegas get-a-way with the reality show hottie.
“We want to support our customers’ sales and to do that we need to drive consumer interest,” explained Jackie White, vice president of sales for California Exotic Novelties. “The Win a Dream Date with Nick Hawk contest will be supported on the POP display, the packaging, in flyers, and through internet marketing and social media publicity.”

Continuing with a focus on augmenting collections, CalExotics also introduced an array of new products under several of its most popular lines to ANME attendees.
“Additions to some of our most popular collections like Adonis, Body & Soul, Booty Call, First Time, Kisses, Posh, Tantric and others stole the show,” said Al Bloom, director of marketing for California Exotic Novelties. “Love Rider, Gyration Sensations, and Shane’s World also received rave reviews in the product categories. The company also spotlighted its Visual Merchandising Plans.
