NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif.—The nominees for the 2020 StorErotica Awards have been announced, and top pleasure products manufacturer Doc Johnson has been nominated for 11 of those awards. Nominations include: Pleasure Product Company of the Year, Product Packaging of the Year, and Kristen Denton as Brand Ambassador of the Year.
The full list of nominations includes the following:
• Luxury Product/Range of the Year (Doc’s iVibe Select iQuiver)
• BDSM Product/Range of the Year (Kink by Doc Johnson)
• Fetish Company of the Year (Kink by Doc Johnson)
• Male Pleasure Product/Company of the Year (OptiMALE)
• Retailer’s Brand Favorite of the Year
• Marketing Campaign of the Year (Main Squeeze)
• New Product of the Year (Bloom)
• Executive of the Year (Chad Braverman)
According to the company, these nominations make the Doc Johnson team proud of the work they’ve done over the past year, especially while adjusting to the "new normal" caused by the pandemic.
“Switching to a primarily work-from-home model was obviously a huge change,” Braverman said. “I miss seeing the team in-office every day, but I’m so grateful for our ability to pivot and still provide our customers the top-of-the-line service they deserve, and nominations like this prove the quality of our work hasn’t fallen. We’re very grateful for the recognition.”
Denton said she was "incredibly humbled and honored," by the nomination.
“Building relationships is truly the best aspect of my job, and I’m so glad I can represent Doc Johnson while spending time with retailers and distributors who I now consider to be friends,” she said. “Ron [Braverman] and Chad are such great leaders; they make us all want to be our best. I’m grateful to be on their team.”
