Talent Testing Service Modifies Medical History Questionnaire

LOS ANGELES—Talent Testing Service has announced that it is introducing a new and improved Medical History Questionnaire (MHQ). According to TTS, the move is part of its “continued effort to always be improving our services to our clients, and with input from our new medical director, Dr. Jason Dazely.”

The questionnaire has been revamped from previous version and all performers who use TTS will have to fill one out before their next test. The MHQ will then need to be revised every two years.

The company stated, “TTS has tailored its MHQ specifically for the adult industry clientele. Our MHQ captures practical, reliable and valid information from the talent’s point of view. The answers will help our medical staff better address a talent’s health concerns, based on their MHQ.”

Furthermore, TTS issued assurances that the MHQ is private and will only be viewed by its trained medical staff.

Performers who are already signed up with TTS can complete the MHQ online by logging into the TTS dashboard at TalentTestingService.com and then clicking on "Please complete MHQ to Get Tested." Or they can call their TTS agent.
