Jessica Jolie Badonsky Debuts Virtual Menopause Education Program

NEW YORK—Jessica Jolie Badonsky is set to debut Agelust B2B, a virtual menopause education program for sexual wellness industry professionals.

Open to manufacturers and retailers, Agelust B2B will teach attendees how to successfully integrate the fundamental concepts of menopausal health into sales strategies, product development, and consumer-facing communications.

Syllabus components of the three-hour program include physiology, psychosocial effects, ageism, “menowashing,” product development, retail techniques, and a live Q&A.

According to Badonsky, “Agelust B2B offers a modern framework on menopause education for industry leaders who are invested in understanding the relationship between sex, pleasure, and menopause.” She continued, “Evidence-based insights and solutions are crucial in order to effectively nurture and guide the end user—and sales associates—towards informed decisions throughout the menopausal journey.”

Badonsky is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and a certified provider through the North American Menopause Society. Since 2011, she has delivered sexual health education for hospital staff and patients throughout the Northeast. In 2012, Badonsky was asked to develop a curriculum on aging and sexuality for the New York Health Outreach senior learning program.

“By 2030, the world population of menopausal and postmenopausal individuals is projected to reach 1.2 billion,” she said. Agelust B2B is a proactive opportunity for sexual wellness businesses to transform the antiquated menopause conversation about hot flashes and loss of libido into a more accurate, thoughtful dialogue.”

Workshops are slated for March 5, 12, 19, and 28, and are reserved for one business per session. The curriculum will be tailored to the needs of each business. Five to 14 seats are available per workshop.

Badonsky will be attending the ANME Founders show from Jan. 9 through 11 and is available to discuss Agelust B2B in person. To make an appointment, or to book a March workshop, email [email protected]
