CYBERSPACE—Alison Boden of the Free Speech Coalition (FSC) is this week’s guest on "Adult Site Broker Talk."
Boden is a seasoned executive in the adult entertainment sector who served on the FSC's board of directors for more than three years, including as president, before taking on the post of executive director.
Boden has worked in the adult sector since 2003, holding marketing, technical, and leadership roles at firms such as Adult Empire, Gamelink, Videobox, and Kink.com, where she was CEO. She is also the president of Pineapple Support.
Boden graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor's degree in sociology with a specialization in women's studies.
She likes to go hiking, drink wine, dive, and listen to podcasts.
The objective of the Free Speech Coalition is to preserve the rights and freedoms of both employees and corporations in the adult industry. The organization serves the community as a resource, a leader, and a tool. It aids in combating the societal stigma, ignorance, and discriminatory regulations that afflict individuals working in the adult business. It has been fighting and winning improbable fights for almost twenty-five years, from the Supreme Court to the ballot box.
