YPSILANTI, Mich.—Déjà Vu Showgirls Ypsilanti is set to have its grand reopening celebration on Friday, April 12, following a four-year unlawful closure. A soft reopening took place last March 1. The club’s temporary hours of operation are 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Thursday through Sunday.
During the closure, the club underwent a multi-year overhaul including a complete remodel. The building in which the club resides boasts street-facing leasable space geared towards small local businesses.
Déjà Vu Showgirls Ypsilanti general manager Holly Johnson said, "After an almost four-year closure, we are excited to unveil the newly reimagined Déjà Vu Showgirls which has been a fixture in the city of Ypsilanti for over 40 years. Nearly all of our previously contracted staff and entertainers plan on returning and we are excited to bring close to 100 new jobs to Downtown Ypsilanti."
After years of negotiations following a prolonged closure, Déjà Vu Showgirls Ypsilanti has been allowed to re-open.
Guests must be over 18 with a valid ID. Management reserves all rights. For job opportunities, contact [email protected].
