LOS ANGELES—Adult industry attorney Corey D. Silverstein, who also operates MyAdultAttorney.com and Adult.Law, will be speaking at two seminars during the #interNEXT Expo this weekend.

First, Silverstein will be presenting a “Legal 101 for Content Creators” at 2 p.m. PT on Saturday, Jan. 15. This seminar will focus on the legal fundamentals that every content creator needs to know, including setting up a business, protecting intellectual property, utilizing proper documentation and avoiding the many legal pitfalls associated with content production.
He will also be speaking at the “Legal Industry Updates” panel alongside attorney Larry Walters at 4 p.m. PT on Sunday Jan. 16. The discussion will focus on the options for website operators and content publishers who have been under siege by new Mastercard rules, while mainstream media continues to target adult entertainment businesses. Moreover, Section 230 is under constant attack and new data privacy trolls are testing the online adult entertainment industry. With this backdrop, the seminar takes a “Big Picture” approach while aiming to prepare attendees for protective actions that need to be taken in 2022.
