Clips4Sale is expanding its live educational webinars, and on Monday, September 2—Labor Day—beginning at 3 p.m. EST/Noon PST, Clips4Sale owner Neil will be joining forces with veteran industry publicist and activist Kristel Penn to present “Mental Health 411 for Models, Performers, and Producers.”
Mental health is an important issue for many in the adult industry. Navigating the mental healthcare system can be tricky with confusing technical jargon and general safety/privacy concerns, as well as difficulty in finding a competent and affirming therapist who understands the unique concerns of our industry. Neil and Kristel will be providing tips and strategies that will help, as well as taking questions throughout the webinar.
Topics covered will include different types of mental health services and what to look for in regards to their qualifications, and their pros/cons, your rights as a care seeker, patient privacy, how to find a sex worker-affirming care provider, interviewing and selecting a potential professional, navigating the system with or without health insurance, and much more. At the end of the webinar, attendees will be provided with resources and documentation.
