Alice Little Discusses Advocacy on 'Stripped by SIA'

LAS VEGAS—Activist and licensed sex worker Alice Little was interviewed by Steph Sia on episode #162 of the "Stripped by SIA" podcast. During the interview, Little discussed her commitment to sex work activism and the ongoing struggles that political figures encounter when advocating for sex workers and other stigmatized groups.

Along with covering an array of topics about the legal sex trade, the podcast interview also sheds light on Little's recent meeting with San Francisco supervisor Hillary Ronen. The meeting was prompted by Ronen's recent resolution, which aims to decriminalize sex work throughout California. During their discussion, Little shared her experiences as a legal sex worker in Nevada and offered informed suggestions on how California could benefit from the decriminalization and proper regulation of sex work.

Said Little, "My long-term hope is to ideally see sex worker rights codify at a national level, but realistically this happens first in our communities. My plan moving forward is to stay involved with folks such as Supervisor Ronen and assist as much as I absolutely can. I'm also continuing the conversation in other areas of opportunity with existing non-profits who are extending their offerings to sex workers."

The "Stripped by SIA" podcast delves into the lives of sex workers with the purpose of educating the public and dispelling harmful stigmas surrounding the industry. The show offers a welcoming and secure environment for sex workers and adult service providers to openly discuss their experiences and stories. Through insightful interviews and thoughtful discussions, "Stripped by SIA" challenges preconceived notions about sex work and seeks to promote greater understanding and empathy for those who work in adult entertainment.

Said Sia, "Alice was an incredibly informative guest to have on the show. She brings her years of expertise as a sexual educator, her lived experience as a legal courtesan, and her vast knowledge on sex worker rights and advocacy to the forefront in this episode."
