LOS ANGELES—SantanaXXLL recently won the Urban X Award for Gay Performer of the Year. The ceremony was held in Los Angeles on Aug. 25 at the Regent Theater.
SantanaXXLL announced, "Thank you Urban X Awards. I've helped break barriers and redefine what it means to be sexy in the gay porn industry. By being visible and confident, I've shown that plus-size guys deserve just as much recognition and appreciation in porn. My work is about giving great content, representing diversity, and encouraging others to feel proud of who they are."
