Unzipped Media Becomes ASACP Corporate Sponsor

LOS ANGELES — Unzipped Media has joined the ranks of corporate sponsors of the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection.

Unzipped Media consists of some of the most recognized multi-platform brands in the gay adult industry, including Men, Freshmen and Unzipped magazines.

“We are thrilled to welcome Unzipped Media as our newest corporate sponsor,” ASACP chief executive Joan Irvine said. “Unzipped Media has not only been supporting us financially, they have graciously been donating their resources and even coordinated a fundraising event for ASACP at the Phoenix Forum: the 2009 Spring Fling Bunco Bash. During these economic times their support has been vitally important to helping us carry out our child-protection mission.”

Unzipped Media Publisher Dustin Tyner called ASACP “essential” in the adult industry’s effort to ensure minors do not encounter inappropriate material online.

"Unzipped Media is proud to support the great work done by ASACP,” Tyner said. “This hard-working organization is vital to the protection of our children, and by supporting their efforts we can keep a positive dialogue and cooperation going between our company and this essential organization.”

Founded in 1996, ASACP is a non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating child pornography from the Internet. ASACP also works to help parents prevent children from viewing age-inappropriate material online with its Restricted To Adults – RTA Website Label.
