NEW YORK, NY — New York City’s premier weekly TS party, Tranny Strip, will make history during NYC Gay Pride this Sunday, June 24, 2012, with the inclusion of the first-ever custom designed TS float. Later that night, Tranny Strip will host "Egyptian Evolve Empire," an Egyptian themed party at Evolve Lounge in New York City’s stylish Upper Eastside.
“The Heritage of Pride NYC Committee, my staff, and I are all very excited about having the first-ever transsexual float in the NYC Gay Pride Parade,” said Tranny Strip producer, John Ed. “I felt it was my duty to show the power of being a TS and give more exposure to the TS community. We hope to inspire and educate the millions that will watch our float go down Fifth Avenue. Some people forget that transsexuals are part of the LGBT community, so we wanted to make sure we were represented in the parade.”
The NYC Gay Pride Parade is scheduled to begin at 12pm on Sunday, June 24th, at the intersection of 36th Street and 5th Avenue and then ending at Christopher and Greenwich Streets.
“Tranny Strip will also do the biggest NYC Pride after party celebration at Evolve Lounge,” added Ed. “We are going all out with our Egyptian themed Pride Party. Be prepared to celebrate and be proud of who you are, gay, straight, bisexual or transgender!”
Patrons arriving at 6:00 pm can enjoy a BBQ feast on the Moroccan Outdoor Patio, followed by the kind of excitement to be expected from a Tranny Strip event. TS Goddess Hostesses include Jennifer Paris, Ashley Sky, Dina Delicious, Jessica Foxx, Sandy Michelle, Spicky Hilton, Ebonne Excell, and Angelica Lace. There will also be more than 20 Cleopatra TS dancers, “Naughty on the Nile” Lap Dances, Goddess Shows by our Hostesses, Pharaoh Male Dancers, and more. DJs Chelsea Malone, DJ MK, DJ 5ive, and DJ John Ferrari are scheduled as musical entertainment.
There will also be free DVD giveaways from sponsor Grooby Productions. Tranny Strip is held every Friday at Evolve Lounge located at 221 East 58th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenue in New York City's Upper Eastside.
