The Sword Braves Grabby-IML and Lives to Tell, But Barely

Chicago — The NakedSword Network was on hand to document the mayhem last weekend in Chicago, where The 10th Grabby Awards took place alongside IML and Chicago Bear Pride. NakedSword media outlets, led by TheSword.com, attended major weekend events providing exclusive and immediate coverage. The Tim and Roma Show spent the weekend filming in Chicago, where they hosted the Grabby Awards Red Carpet reception.

"We're confused as to what day it is, and where this inflatable sheep came from, but we do know that we had a great time," said Sword editor and Tim and Roma producer Michael Stabile. "Through determination and some well scheduled sobriety, we were able to get stories and shots that others couldn't. Have you seen my underwear?"

Full coverage of the weekend of events is available on TheSword.com. The online newsmagazine was the first to break the Grabby winners online and featured stories about the hilarity of quotes observed at the IML host hotel, as well as video with industry insiders and stars. The Tim and Roma Show hosted event at Hydrate Bar brought together dozens of stars and, as the major media sponsor of the Grabbys, filmed the entire awards show, a condensed edit of which will be featured on upcoming episode of the show available to affiliates and content partners.

NakedSword.com also watched their many 2007 co-productions awarded recognition. Grunts, the epic co-production between NakedSword and Raging Stallion Studios took home top honors for Best Video and Best Director, as well as a host of other awards; the NakedSword-Titan Media co-production of Folsom Fear took home Best Fetish Extreme Movie Award for Fear, part of the team's groundbreaking Folsom Films series; 2007 NakedSwordsman Jake Deckard took home Performer of the Year award as well.
