Stunner Media to Donate Portion of Sales to Fondation Émergence

MONTREAL—Stunner Media, owner-operator of gay affiliate programs BoyCrushCash, StandAhead, Phoenixxx, IndieBucks, LatinoBucks, EmoProfits, BritishBucks and HunkMoney, has announced that the company will donate a portion of all sales made on May 17th in honor of the International Day Against Homophobia.

Spearheaded by Fondation Émergence, and for the first time in the world, a theme-day set aside for the fight against homophobia was organized in Québec on June 4, 2003, and designated as the “National Day Against Homophobia." With the help of its partners, Fondation Émergence then strove to have this annual day take place on a pan-Canadian level. What’s more, countries such as Belgium, France and the United-Kingdom caught on to the idea and set up similar events.

“Homophobia is an insidious phenomenon that has succeeded in taking hold in a subtle, discreet and often invisible manner,” said Phil St-Onge, Stunner Media President. "Nobody is really immune from hostile manifestations toward homosexuality. It's something the community has to fight even within itself."

Affiliate and Marketing Manager Simon Soulières added, "We think it's everyone's responsibility to denounce homophobia and we're excited to involve our affiliates and surfers as we do our part,"

Notices on the sites will inform surfers of the donation plans and affiliates will continue receiving their regular payouts on that day.
