NEW YORK—Beginning in December, New York City’s The Cock Bar will play host to a monthly erotic gathering sponsored by gay escort site RentMen.com. Scheduled to take place from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. the first Sunday of each month, “Sperm vs. RentMen” mixes underground, house, funk, oldskool and pop music with lights, lasers, cheap men and even cheaper booze, fun, filth and tasteless hijinks.
The reinvention of Man Parrish’s notorious Sperm Party (voted “Best Gay Party in NYC” by the readers of NY Magazine), Sperm vs. RentMen will feature the men of RentMen go-go dancing. Gay adult performers, butch cruising boys, horny men, twisted trannies and “insane freaks” are expected to be part of the mix, as well, according to a RentMen spokesman.
The event is co-produced by RentMen and promoter Parrish, whom the New York Times named “the godfather of electronic music.”
